Herbalife H30 Pro - The Isotonic Drink of the Future?

Today the isotonic drink is equally as popular with both fitness enthusiasts and top athletes. They are popular because they have a similar carbohydrate and electrolyte concentration to the body. Isotonic drinks are absorbed as fast, if not faster, than water - also the carbohydrates within give an extra boost of energy.
H30 Pro Isotonic Drink focuses on key benefits: Hydration, Energy & Stamina, Absorption & Protection.
Developed by experts in sports nutrition, the new isotonic drink from Herbalife H30 Pro is innovative in helping to power exceptional performance.
Included within the fluid lost by the body during exercise are electrolytes (salts) such as sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium and chloride. Replacing these can aid a rapid return to hydration and help avoid the negative effects of exercise such as headache, dehydration, cramp etc. Energising carbohydrates contained provide the body with immediate and sustained energy to prevent unwanted dips in performance. Energy releasing B vitamins help improve absorption of essential nutrients enabling the body to turn the fuel (nutrients) within H30 Pro into energy. Helping to power your workout. Also included are key antioxidants Vitamins C & E and mixed tocopherals. These help protect the body's tissues against the effects of free radicals and help to support a healthy immune system.
H³0 Pro gives the body exactly what it needs.
The osmolality of a drink is a measure of the number of particles in a solution. In any isotonic drink the particles will be carbohydrates and electrolytes. To maintain the required level of electrolytes in the blood, an osmolality level of 270-330 Mosm/kg is needed. Water alone has a very low osmolality level as it typically does not contain electrolytes that desperately need replacing after being lost through sweating/exercise.
All of the components within Herbalife's H30 Pro make it stand out as you get so much more than from other leading isotonic drink brands on the market.

Top Weight Loss Tips

The first thing you must do as you look to lose weight is get out a notebook and write out what your goal is. Do you want to lose ten pounds, thirty pounds, or even more? And how long should you give yourself to meet your goal? Writing down a clear and concise weight loss goal on paper can be a source of motivation that you can look at over and over again to keep it fresh in your mind. Stick this up on your refrigerator or bulletin board and use it as inspiration when you're feeling lazy.

The next step is to take a look at your diet. Cut out all of the unnecessary junk foods including chips, candy, and soda. Just by cutting out soda, for example, can help you lose five pounds or more very quickly. Elimination of sugary and foods that are high in carbohydrates is key. Increase your water intake and try and drink as much as possible daily. Drinking more water will suppress your appetite and keep your body hydrated which helps with recovery and energy.

Increase your protein intake and focus on foods that are low in carbs as mentioned before. Protein helps to burn fat and increase muscle mass and will help you take advantage of the exercise that you will be doing and fuel your body properly.

The next component to a good weight loss plan is a solid exercise program that includes a mix of cardio and weight training. Typically you should do cardiovascular exercises such as running, stair climbing, elliptical machines, or other aerobic activity that will get your target heart rate in the fat burning zone and keep it there for 30 minutes or more. You want to do cardio on a regular basis at a minimum of three times per week.

For strength training with weights, you can do work out all of your major body parts at least once a week and lift moderate to heavy weight. Try and use free weights if possible, as they will work more muscles than machines. The combination of weight training and cardio exercise on a regular and consistent basis will build muscle, get your metabolism rate up, and help to get your body into fat burning mode.

What is protein, and what is its main function?

1. Protein is made up of amino acids. When you digest food that contains protein, your body breaks the protein down into these amino acids.

2. When food is being digested the body selects the amino acids that are needed for a specific bodily functions.

3. Protein is needed to help develop and maintain muscles and organs; most of the bodies functions are reliant on there being enough protein.

Protein containing foods can be divided into two main categories complete protein (animal sources) and incomplete proteins (plant sources). The difference being; incomplete proteins miss or do not have enough of one or more of the essential amino acids.

By combining incomplete proteins in the same meal, or even during the same day, you are providing your body with a complete protein.
This is a healthier way to ensure you are receiving enough complete protein in your diet, without eating more animal protein. Too much animal protein has health risks associated, because excess is stored in the body as toxins and fats.
